We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our established team. If you take pride in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces, enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and want opportunities to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Working across a variety of sites in the Hatfield area, you'll play a key role in delivering professional grounds maintenance services while representing our business to customers and the public.
Maintaining outdoor spaces to a high professional standard
Delivering a range of grounds maintenance and horticultural services across multiple sites
Operating specialist equipment including mowers, strimmers, and other horticultural machinery
Building positive relationships with customers and site stakeholders
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
Previous experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, or a similar outdoor maintenance role
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Strong practical horticultural skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work using your own initiative
PA1 and PA6 certifications (or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential
Comprehensive training and support
