About the Role
We are looking for a professional, motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead the day-to-day security operation at a prestigious corporate site.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily security operations
- Act as key client contact
- Manage SOPs, assignment instructions and security policies
- Oversee access control, CCTV and security infrastructure
- Plan rosters, overtime and additional staffing
- Manage incidents, investigations and reporting
- Provide KPI and performance reporting
- Liaise with stakeholders and service providers
Essential Requirements

SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- SIA CCTV Licence
- Previous supervisory experience in security
- Strong administration, report writing and IT skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing incidents and investigations
Desirable
-
Corporate security experience
- Security management experience in a large corporate environment
- Knowledge of Lenel OnGuard and Avigilon systems
- Experience with access control and CCTV systems
