Responsibilities

- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Utilise Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analysis tools to monitor website performance, analyse data trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives to establish strong relationships with partners and optimise sales channels.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently using project management methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, design, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop and WordPress to update website content visually appealingly and professionally.
- Organise social media management strategies to enhance brand awareness across multiple platforms.
- Monitor industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms or online retail operations.
- Strong background in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams or cross-departmental collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics effectively.
