Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office.
- Assisting with stock management
- Assisting with unpacking goods and checking parts
- Assisting in general office cleaning maintenance
- Helping out wherever is needed.
- Assist in preparation of aerospace component reports.
- Handling general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Experience
- Prior office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Demonstrable computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experience with data entry is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Previous clerical or administrative experience will be considered an asset

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
