Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity and ensure the safety of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to deter theft and unauthorized access.
- Implement loss prevention measures by identifying potential security breaches and addressing them promptly.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Enforce access control policies by verifying identification and authorizations of visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Collaborate with emergency responders during incidents to ensure a coordinated response.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques.
- Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently in emergency situations.
- Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential threats or irregularities.
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining focus on surveillance tasks.
- Certifications in security or related fields are advantageous but not required; willingness to obtain necessary licenses is essential.
