Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape and desired look
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Educate clients on aftercare routines to prolong the longevity of their lash extensions
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive, engaging experience for every guest
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and education
Skills
- Proven experience or certification in eyelash extension application preferred
- Strong makeup application skills with an eye for detail and precision
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
