Project Architect (Residential) – Arcade London Group
We are looking for a full time Project Architect to join our growing team in London!
We are a London-based architecture, build and project management studio specialising in thoughtfully designed private homes.
We are looking for a qualified architect with at least five years' experience delivering private residential projects in London. The successful candidate will have excellent design and technical skills, confidence managing projects on site, and the ability to take ownership of projects while working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with regular site visits and project coordination across London.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Architect (ARB registered)
- Minimum five years' experience delivering private residential projects in London
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- Proven experience delivering projects from planning through technical design and construction
- Strong site coordination and project management skills
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning and construction detailing
- Full UK driving licence
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in London with the right to work in the UK
