Bridgewater Home Care is looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our growing team, supporting people to live independently in their own homes throughout Runcorn, Widnes, and Frodsham.

Your Role
As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily routines and personal care
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Helping with light household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
No two days are the same, but every shift gives you the chance to make a real difference to someone's life.

Typical shifts are within:
- 8:00am – 2:30pm
- 4:30pm – 10:00pm
Weekend working is required, with alternate weekends available where possible.
About You
Are you:
- Kind, compassionate, and dependable

- Keen to learn and develop within the care sector
- A driver with access to a reliable vehicle, or have reliable transport between visits (which are typically around 15 minutes apart)
Previous care experience isn't essential—we're looking for people with the right values.
