What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a care home, nursing home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.
- A genuine passion for caring for older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work both day and night shifts as required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A caring, professional, and positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with mobility and promoting independence wherever possible.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting concerns promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
- Working closely with nurses and the wider care team to deliver outstanding care.
