We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our close-knit team in Earlsfield.
This is not a setting where practitioners simply supervise the day. Here, teachers create experiences, follow children’s ideas, get messy, tell stories, redesign environments, celebrate tiny breakthroughs and build relationships that matter.
Our approach blends Montessori values with the EYFS to create an environment where independence, creativity and deep learning flourish.
Our recent Ofsted inspection described our curriculum as “a real strength”, recognising our ambitious approach and the confidence children develop through their experiences with us.
Located directly opposite Earlsfield station, our beautiful 41-place nursery offers calm, thoughtfully designed spaces, an adventure garden and a team culture built on honesty, excellence, respect and genuine support.
Your days might include…
- Building forts and confidence in equal measure

What we’re looking for
You may be perfect for this role if you:
- Montessori Qualification (Montessori Diploma or AMI 0-3 Graduate) or experience great to have.
- Hold a relevant 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- See behaviour as communication and children as capable
- Care deeply about relationships and emotional wellbeing
- Love creating meaningful learning opportunities
- Have knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures and a strong understanding of EYFS and child development
- Enjoy reflection, curiosity and trying new ideas

Pay: £28,080.00-£30,160.00 per year
