Class 1 Drivers Wanted – Royal Mail (Nationwide) - Possible start in September and ongoing

We’re recruiting Class 1 (CE) Drivers – PAYE only for Royal Mail across the UK
Responsibilities:
· Delivering and collecting goods safely and on time
· Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
· Maintaining strong communication and customer service
· Following Working Time Directive
· Planning routes effectively and managing workload
Requirements:
· Basic DBS check essential. We can help with application for this
· Assessment and Induction (up to 6 hours) at Royal Mail will be provided
· A solid understanding of Working Time Directive (WTD)
· Hold a CE license for a minimum of 2 years and have recent HGV driving experience (at least 180 days / 6 months experience within the past 2 years) with no more than 6 points on your licence
· Hold valid up to date Tacho and CPC cards
· Driver cannot have more than 10 infringements on the card over 6 month period
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
· Flexibility for additional shifts
· Long sleeve yellow Hi Viz, safety boots and gloves are required
