Batching & Mixing Operative
8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Starting from £14.04 per hour plus additional profit share bonus
Annual Salary in excess of £30,000

Reporting to a production supervisor and working as part of a team using modern manufacturing systems you are responsible for..
- Measuring, grading, and feeding batches of raw material & additives into the production line.
- Cleaning work equipment & maintaining high levels of general housekeeping.
- Moving and handling finished goods, raw materials and packaging including use of forklift.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
Experience:
- This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone with mixing, batching or process experience – from paint, food, chemicals or similar industries.
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift License Preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
Full UK Driving Licence required due to location
