Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide a range of beauty treatments including skincare advice, waxing, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure comfort throughout their appointment
- Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences for future reference
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail art and beauty treatments
- Skilled in makeup application with an eye for detail and current trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty services is preferred
