Warehouse & Dispenser Installation Operative
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical Warehouse & Dispenser Installation Operative to join our team. This is a varied hands on role, combining warehouse duties with the delivery and installation of hygiene dispenser systems at new customer accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing stock in the warehouse, picking customer orders and assisting with the installation and fitting of hygiene dispensers at customer premises.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Duties
- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries and organising warehouse stock.
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
- Preparing dispenser equipment and consumables ready for installation.
- Ensuring the correct products and equipment are loaded for each customer installation.
- Following company health and safety procedures at all times.
Dispenser Installation
- Travelling to new customer accounts to install hygiene dispenser systems.
- Measuring, positioning and securely fitting dispensers to walls and other suitable surfaces.
- Installing toilet roll system dispensers.
- Installing hand towel system dispensers.
- Installing soap dispensers and soap systems.
- Ensuring all dispensers are correctly fitted, secure and presented to a high standard.
- Testing dispensers after installation to ensure they operate correctly.
- Working professionally and respectfully on customer premises.
- Reporting any installation issues, damaged equipment or additional requirements to management.
Customer Service
- Representing the company professionally when visiting customer sites.
- Communicating clearly with customers and answering basic questions about the installed systems.
- Ensuring installation areas are left clean and tidy.
- Completing installation paperwork or digital records accurately where required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse, installation, maintenance or delivery experience is desirable.
- Practical and confident using basic hand tools.
- Good attention to detail and a pride in completing work to a high standard.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable/required if driving company vehicles.
- Experience fitting commercial washroom or hygiene equipment would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Hours: 8-5 Monday to Thursday 8am - 3:30 Friday
We are looking for someone who is hands on, dependable and takes pride in their work, with the flexibility to work both in the warehouse and out on customer installations.
