The Portobello Hotel, is a luxury boutique hotel located in the quiet street in the centre of West London 's Notting Hill. The hotel is famed for its eclectic spirit and eccentric charm.
We are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our team, who has previous experience in a similar hotel. This is a hands on role for somebody who genuinely enjoys looking after people and takes pride in delivering exceptional personal guest experiences. We want our guest to feel recognised, valued and genuinely cared for.
The role:
Providing a warm, personal and professional welcome to everyone, anticipating individual guest needs and making their stays memorable.
Ensuring that the hotels luxury standards are maintained at all times.
Handling of reservations, checking in and out, payments, responding to all emails and requests and supporting of other areas of the hotel. You will be highly organized, and confident in dealing with any guest concerns.
You will lead by example.
This position is based at our reception desk with a 40hrs working week , with a variety of early and late shifts ( 7am -3.30pm or 3pm - 11pm) and this would be any 5 days out of 7, so this does include weekends.
Annual salary £30,160.00.
Travel contribution of £1200.00 per year.
