The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality support including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and encouraging hydration
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light household duties
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Recording care accurately and reporting any concerns
No two days are the same, but every day you'll make a genuine difference to someone's life.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and trustworthy
- Friendly with excellent communication skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Previous home care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide full paid training and ongoing support.
Essential Requirements
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Access to your own vehicle
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Willingness to travel throughout North Hertfordshire and Stevenage
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
