We are on the lookout for a confident, welcoming and creative Venue Host to join our brilliant team at Blackstock Market and Hot Water Comedy Club. This is a hands-on role combining front-of-house hosting, administration, and content creation in one of Liverpool’s busiest live entertainment venues.
As part of the role, you’ll greet and seat guests, manage table timings, build rapport with customers, and help keep service running smoothly. You’ll capture photos and videos during live events, respond to online reviews and messages, and help create engaging content for our social media and YouTube channels.
You’ll also support the team with day-to-day admin tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, handling booking enquiries, and assisting with customer communications to ensure a smooth guest experience.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, energetic, confident with people, and has a keen eye for capturing great moments — especially within live comedy and entertainment.
