As our community continues to expand, we are looking to partner with an experienced Independent Financial Adviser who can provide high-quality strategic financial guidance to business owners, company directors and entrepreneurs.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Financial Adviser to work with an established community of ambitious business owners.
You will work closely with clients to understand their businesses, financial position, commercial objectives and longer-term ambitions, helping them make informed strategic financial decisions that support growth, profitability and long-term financial success.
Your advice may cover areas such as business financial strategy, cash flow and capital planning, business protection, shareholder considerations, succession and exit planning, risk management and longer-term wealth creation strategies for business owners.
You will build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a valuable strategic financial partner as their businesses grow and evolve.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to Trade Mastermind workshops, webinars and events, providing practical financial education and insight to our wider business community.
About You
We are looking for an experienced financial professional with a strong commercial background and a proven ability to advise business owners, company directors and entrepreneurs.
You will have a strong understanding of business finance and the financial challenges associated with growing and scaling an SME. You should be confident analysing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating financial information into clear, practical recommendations for business owners.
Relevant professional financial qualifications and experience operating within appropriate regulatory requirements will be expected where the advice provided falls within regulated financial activity.
Experience in areas such as business growth, cash flow strategy, shareholder planning, business protection, succession, acquisitions or exit planning would be particularly valuable.
Above all, you will combine strong financial and commercial expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with ambitious business owners.
