The Spa Manager will play a key role in ensuring the spa operates to the highest possible standards, leading and developing the team while maintaining an exceptional experience for every guest.
This is a hands-on management role suited to an experienced spa professional who understands both the operational and treatment sides of a luxury spa environment.

As Spa Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring consistently high standards across treatments, guest service, team performance, and the overall spa experience.
You will support, guide, and assess therapists across the treatment areas while ensuring the team delivers a professional, welcoming, and personalised service to every guest.
As Spa Manager you will:
- Oversee the daily operation of the spa and treatment areas
- Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team
- Support, guide, and assess therapists to maintain consistently high treatment standards
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service throughout the guest journey
- Maintain strong knowledge of holistic therapies including massage, aromatherapy, body treatments, and facials
- Oversee beauty maintenance services including manicures, pedicures, and waxing
- Maintain excellent knowledge of spa treatments and retail products
- Assist with treatment standards, procedures, and staff training
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure any issues are dealt with professionally
- Help drive the commercial performance of the spa through treatments and retail
- Ensure the spa environment remains immaculate, welcoming, and professionally presented
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' proven experience in luxury spa management, wellness management, or hospitality management, alongside strong leadership and team development skills.
You will hold Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications and have excellent practical knowledge across both holistic therapies and beauty treatments.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, confident leading a team, and able to combine hands-on treatment knowledge with strong operational and people-management skills.
