We are looking for a self-employed CIS joiner (or a small squad looking to infill their diary) to help with us on an ongoing subcontractor basis.
We specialise in highend domestic work, commercial fit outs, and reactive maintenance for long-term clients.
You'll be covering a bit of everything first and second fix, dry lining, right through to hanging doors and fitting bespoke counters.
We run a small, tight squad and want someone reliable who can work off their own back.
What you need to bring:
- Your own basic toolkit & transport
- Public liability insurance
- CSCS card (preferred, not essential)
We don't do office interviews. It's a two-week working trial on site. You see if you like the standard we work to, and we see if you can do the job.
If everyone is happy after that, we sit down and talk money. Rates are completely open for discussion depending on your experience and what you can actually bring to the table.
Experience is great, but if you have the right attitude and actually want to get stuck in, we will train you up on the rest.
Most of the guys working with us now have been here for years.
