Chef
Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great food. Our kitchen operates sociable hours between 10:00am and 8:00pm, with no late-night finishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with regulations.
- Supervise and support other staff during service.
- Train junior team members and help maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
- Previous chef or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential – full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene, or a willingness to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, well organised, and able to work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
