The Regent Health Club & Spa is looking for a confident, motivated sales consultant to join our team and grow our membership base.
You do not need previous health club or gym experience.
If you have experience in , sales , telesales, customer service, business development, car sales, leisure or another target driven environment, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll earn
Basic salary £26,440
Uncapped commission
Realistic OTE £40,000-£50,000+

The Role
You'll be speaking to people who have enquired about our club and helping them find the right membership service for them.
You'll:
- Convert enquiries into memberships
- Conduct club tours
- Build relationships with prospective members
- Promote memberships and additional services
- Work towards achievable sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Welcome members and visitors professionally
- Help create an outstanding customer experience
We're looking for someone who:
Loves talking to people and thrives on achieving targets. Has previous sales experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. A person who wants to maximise their earnings.
Previous experience within a gym , spa , leisure industry

Previous experience in a health club, leisure, hospitality or membership sales environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
If you are a good sales person, we can teach you the health club side.

Hours
40 hours per week across 5 shifts.
Typical shifts are:
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
Weekend working on a rota basis
