Summary
'We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will help us connect with new parents through innovative marketing strategies and engaging social media content, supporting our mission to make parenting easier.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and blog posts tailored to our target audience.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer preferences and feedback.
- Analyze web traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Assist in managing online advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads.
- Support branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and keyword research.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in retail or e-commerce is a plus.
