CNC Press Brake Operator – Full Time
We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to join our busy manufacturing team. Working with the latest Amada CNC Press Brake machinery and Amada software, you will produce high-quality sheet metal components to precise engineering specifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator who takes pride in producing quality work and wants to work with modern equipment in a professional manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the latest Amada CNC Press Brake machines.
- Program and adjust machines using Amada software.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Manufacture components to tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Carry out first-off and in-process inspections.
- Use measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organised.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC Press Brake machinery.
- Experience with Amada Press Brakes and Amada software is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
