Triumph Consultants are looking for a
Maintenance Operative to provide building maintenance services to a number of properties / report faults using the AORA IT system to ensure all faults are reported and closed for their property. The role of Maintenance Operative is to
ensure properties are free from building defects. Contract is for 3 months in Boston & Sleaford.
Maintenance Operative (Plumbing or Joinery)
Pay Rate: £18.20 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Contract length: 3 Months
Location: Boston & Sleaford
Basic DBS required for this role
There will be a requirement to be on call and undertake out of hours working to agreed rosters and in accordance with the out of hours local operating procedure to provide a 24 hour and 7 day a week maintenance service
Key requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Plumbing or Joinery is desirable
- General maintenance skills, some knowledge of plumbing, painting and decorating, gardening, fire doors, tiling, joinery
Key responsibilities
- To provide specialist trade services in accordance with certified standards and experience
- To support non trade MO’s to fault fix under your defined specific trade
- To provide technical advice and support to the maintenance section relevant to your trade in order to ensure all current standards are met under the contract
- To provide the property on-boarding team with trade sign offs for the relevant specialist trade
Unless the DBS requirement stated above is for a Basic Disclosure, your DBS must be either through us or be accompanied by a subscription to the DBS updating service.
