Join Our Team at Sexy Lobster Restaurant – Full-Time Server Position Available
Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Sexy Lobster Restaurant is currently recruiting an experienced Full time Server to join our vibrant team. We're looking for someone who shares our dedication to quality, service, and a positive working environment.
Position Details:
- Role: Server
- Pay: Up to £16 per hour
(Base rate from £12.21/hour + service charge + cash tips)
- Hours: Approx. 32-35 hours/week
- Mostly evenings from 5pm till finish
Availability required for five evenings especially weekends.
Must be able to work Friday, Saturday evenings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and create outstanding guest experiences
- Collaborate effectively with the team
- Communicate clearly and positively with guests and colleagues
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Work independently when needed
- Adapt and learn on the job in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant and cocktail bar
- Must be 18+ years old
- Possess a National Insurance number and proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Available to work weekends, mostly Friday and Suatrday and an adital or two weekday evening.
