The Role
We are looking for a Customer Enquiry Executive to be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about our vehicles and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, handling enquiries efficiently, and supporting the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and website
- Qualify and log customer enquiries accurately in the CRM system
- Provide customers with relevant information about vehicles, availability, pricing, and next steps
- Book appointments, test drives, and call-backs for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure enquiries are handled to completion
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise enquiry conversion
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service background
- Call centre experience desirable but not essential
- Confident telephone manner and professional written communication
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers

Salary: £28,000 Basic + Commission OTE £45,000 to £50,000
