We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed establishment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of guest services, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. This is a live-in position, offering accommodation as part of the employment package.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee guest relations, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operational activities, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Coordinate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Implement and uphold organisational policies, health and safety standards, and service procedures.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and optimise operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry standards.
- Promote organisational values through effective communication and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience in human resources functions such as training, and staff development.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservations systems and front desk management.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; relevant hospitality experience will be considered favourably.
