Simply Logistics is a fast-growing same-day courier company providing urgent deliveries across the UK. We are looking to expand our network of professional, reliable drivers who are available for ad-hoc long-distance courier work.
The Role
We're recruiting experienced delivery drivers to join our bank of drivers for last-minute courier work. Jobs become available throughout the week and are offered via our dedicated WhatsApp driver group.
There are no minimum hours and no obligation to accept work. Simply take the jobs that suit your availability.
This role is ideal for:
- Semi-retired drivers
- Drivers between jobs
- Self-employed drivers looking for additional income
- Anyone seeking flexible work around existing commitments
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver consignments safely and on time
- Complete nationwide long-distance deliveries
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers
- Communicate effectively with our transport team
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous commercial driving or courier experience preferred
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Based in Burton upon Trent or the surrounding area
- Flexible availability for ad-hoc work
