The Role
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for supporting sales activity, maintaining accurate CRM data, and administering learning management system (LMS) records and course-related processes. The role ensures that sales pipelines, customer records, training data, and administrative processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
This is a key support role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work across sales, training, and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Process incoming enquiries and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities
- Update sales pipeline stages, contact details, and customer activity in the CRM system
- Prepare sales documentation, quotations, and supporting correspondence where required
- Upload, update, and manage course content within the LMS
- Maintain learner records, course enrolments, completions, and progress data
- Support course administration, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is available and accurate
- Identify and resolve LMS data errors and administrative issues
- Prepare professional correspondence, trackers, and status updates
- Support project tracking and coordination across sales and training activities
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, sales support, CRM, or LMS role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Experience administering an LMS or eLearning platform
- Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data trackers
- Understanding of learning and development administration
Working Environment
This role may involve supporting multiple business areas and working closely with sales, training, operations, and management teams. Flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to high standards are essential.
This role is primarily office-based with potential travel to meet clients, attend events, or support business development activity. A flexible and professional approach is essential.
