Overview

Duties
- Carefully pick items from inventory using warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately
- Pack products securely, ensuring protection during transit while maintaining efficiency
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts or manual handling techniques, adhering to safety protocols
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves and organizing inventory for easy access and retrieval
- Conduct quality control checks to verify product condition and order accuracy before dispatch
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and label application
- Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing or materials handling preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required (training provided if needed)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is beneficial
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, load & unload items regularly, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and quality control
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and safety regulations within a warehouse environment
