Our Spa Host/Hostess is the heartbeat of the Bayou experience. You are the first feeling a client has when they arrive, and the last impression they carry when they leave. This isn't a front desk role — it's a hospitality role with soul.
We're looking for someone who leads by presence, thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment, and genuinely cares about the people they serve.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door
- Managing the spa diary with confidence — bookings and scheduling
- Supporting therapists and the wider team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks
- Driving retail and service recommendations that feel natural, not transactional
- Maintaining the space to the standard our clients expect and our brand demands
- Acting as a brand guardian — protecting the Bayou culture and mentoring junior team members as we grow
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing leadership role
- A calm, confident presence — someone clients trust and colleagues look to
- Familiarity with booking platforms (Fresha experience is a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills and genuine warmth
- Someone who takes pride in the details and takes ownership without being asked
