Job Summary
NFICOTID Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology-driven business transformation initiatives, modernise operational processes, and deliver innovative digital solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced digital transformation professional with expertise in business process improvement, technology implementation, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead digital transformation projects that improve business efficiency and service delivery.
- Develop and implement digital strategies, automation initiatives, and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify process improvements and digital opportunities.
- Manage system implementations, technology upgrades, digital platforms, and change initiatives.
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, transformation outcomes, operational performance, and user adoption.
- Prepare strategic reports, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in digital transformation, business transformation, IT project management, technology consulting, or process improvement.
- Previous management or leadership experience in digital programmes or enterprise technology preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital strategy, business process optimisation, cloud technologies, automation, change management, and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, budgets, vendors, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Power BI, CRM systems, ERP platforms, project management software, and cloud-based technologies.

About the Company

Pay: £45,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
