As a Food Host with ISS UK, you will play an important role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our customers and colleagues.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in excellent customer service, enjoys interacting with people, and is committed to maintaining a welcoming, professional, and vibrant food service environment.
The Role
- Create a welcoming dining experience, delivering excellent customer service to customers and colleagues
- Answer questions confidently about menus, food offers, and site facilities
- Build positive relationships and contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality within dining areas
- Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every interaction
- Work closely with catering and workplace teams to ensure a seamless service experience throughout the day
About You
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
- Strong teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work independently when required
- A considerate and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Competent in using relevant systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
