Welcome to The Eliott, Gibraltar’s finest hotel. We are now looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the smooth running of our housekeeping operations—someone who leads by example, maintains exceptional cleanliness standards, and helps deliver outstanding guest experiences.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily housekeeping activities, coordinating team tasks, and ensuring all rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Support the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department

Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional standards

Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance

Assist with team coordination, task allocation, and shift organisation

Monitor stock levels, linen usage, and cleaning supplies

Work closely with external service providers to ensure service quality is maintained

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across the hotel

Support efficient departmental operations and contribute to cost control

Assist in driving continuous improvement in service delivery and guest satisfaction

Bring strong organisation, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

A proactive and responsible approach with a willingness to take ownership

Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
