What You'll Do
- Deliver signature transformations: Provide advanced cutting, colouring, balayage, and bespoke treatments tailored to each client's unique vision.
- Lead consultations: Guide in-depth consultations, understand every client's goals, and offer expert advice on styles and long-term hair care.
- Mentor and inspire: Support and coach junior stylists, sharing your knowledge to help the whole team grow and thrive.
- Set the standard: Act as a role model for technical excellence and outstanding client care across the salon floor.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep pace with the latest trends, techniques, and products, and bring fresh ideas back to the team.
- Build lasting relationships: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that turns first-time visitors into loyal regulars.

What We're Looking For
Required
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience on the salon floor.
- Advanced technical expertise in cutting, colouring, and balayage.
- A genuine passion for hair styling and a commitment to exceptional client experiences.
Preferred
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a knack for bringing out the best in a team.
- Experience building a loyal client base and driving repeat visits.
- Confidence in leading consultations and advising on premium services and products.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 60–90 days, you'll:
- Build strong rapport with new and returning clients, delivering standout results at the chair.
- Establish yourself as a trusted mentor to junior stylists.
- Bring fresh techniques and ideas that elevate our services and delight our clients.
