Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food production processes.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
