We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Program Manager/Key Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing customer accounts and driving successful project delivery.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating projects and working with multiple teams to deliver great results.
You'll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their projects run smoothly from initial discussions through to delivery. You'll work closely with internal departments including sales, engineering, supply chain and production to provide an outstanding customer experience while supporting business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Be the face of the organisation and serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, production, supply chain and sales teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer forecasts, orders and inventory requirements.
- Support contract reviews, order acceptance and business planning activities.
- Analyse product profitability and identify opportunities for cost improvements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Support business retention and growth through proactive account management.
- Produce regular reports on project status, forecasting, sales and stock performance.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in Program Management, Account Management, Customer Service or Project Coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within manufacturing, electronics or supply chain environments would be beneficial but is not essential.

Pay: £26,272.83-£32,500.00 per year
