Job Summary
Skippers is looking for a highly ambitious Customer Service Manager to join our team and take full responsibility for day-to-day customer service management operations.
Great communication in customer service and project management skills are a must-have, as you will act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers when solving problems.
This job would be a perfect fit for people who have love and passion for dogs and their happy and healthy lifestyle.
Great relationship-building skills and a fantastic storyteller is a bonus but can be learned to achieve great results and grow with the company
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, Shopify, Amazon, and phone
- Manage returns and refunds professionally
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews
- Provide support for wholesale clients (B2B), managing orders, invoices, and inquiries
- Proactively monitor order patterns and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners
Wholesale Operations
- Process and manage wholesale orders
- Assist in onboarding new wholesale customers
- Help plan and coordinate wholesale marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate wholesale records and customer databases
What We're Looking For
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Confident in handling phone calls & customer concerns
- Organised and able to multitask efficiently
- Proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using email, phone, and online platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer service or B2B account management is a plus.
