As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and adaptable Team Member to support our day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
This is primarily a hands-on operations role focused on picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in excellent condition.
Alongside operational duties, you will also assist with and host live selling streams, showcasing trading cards and interacting with customers online. Live streaming is an important part of the business, so you must be comfortable using social media and speaking on camera when required.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, detail-oriented work but is also comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Working hours may vary depending on business needs and will include some evenings and occasional weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Organise and manage stock efficiently
- Prepare products and workspace for live selling sessions
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment
- Assist with hosting and supporting live selling streams
- Engage professionally with customers during live sessions and via follow-up support
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present items when required
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when fulfilling orders
- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with an online audience when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- An interest in trading cards and familiarity with characters from related games/anime (Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Previous warehouse, fulfilment, retail, or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
