A Healthcare Project Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees healthcare projects such as hospital improvement initiatives, digital health implementations, facility expansions, and clinical service enhancements. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations while improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clinicians, hospital departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among teams.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: From £6,000.00 per month
