Work & Health Coach – Work Well Programme

Work Well is a countywide programme supporting people with health‑related barriers to find work, stay in work or return to employment. We bring together healthcare, community support and employment guidance to ensure people can access the right support at the right time.
We’re recruiting several full‑time Work & Health Coaches to join our friendly, person‑centred team. In this role, you’ll work one‑to‑one with individuals to explore barriers, build confidence and develop practical plans that support improved health, wellbeing and employment outcomes. You’ll help people navigate local services, understand their options and take meaningful steps forward, while working closely with employers, GPs and partner organisations to coordinate effective support.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
