A well-established construction recruitment company is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice to join their busy Exeter office. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to step into the world of recruitment with full training and support provided. No previous experience is required — just the right mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Working hours:
9:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday) with a 30-minute lunch break
No weekend work
Start date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting recruitment consultants with day-to-day duties
- Resourcing and registering candidates
- Seeking and obtaining references
- Placing job advertisements
- Supporting the filling of vacancies
- Managing candidate compliance and documentation
- Carrying out general administrative and office-based tasks
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be willing to complete any required training
- Must meet role and safeguarding/compliance requirements where applicable
Pay: From £10.00 per hour
