We’re looking for a passionate and caring individual to become a vital part of our close-knit residential care team in our 20 bed Dementia Care Home in Battle, East Sussex.

Your Role
As a valued Care Team Member, you’ll:
- Deliver skilled and compassionate care, ensuring our residents feel safe, valued, and respected.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and one-to-one interactions—whether it’s a chat over tea, a walk in the garden, or group events that uplift and support emotional wellbeing.
- Plan and record both immediate and long-term needs for our residents.
- Support quality assurance programs and maintain CQC standards of care.
- Collaborate with the Registered Home Manager to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Help manage the home’s premises, ensuring tidiness and safety during your shift.
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by your Manager from time to time, which they consider necessary to maintain the smooth running of the home.
The Details
- Full-Time Contract: Minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Day Shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Includes a share of weekend shifts.
- Expected flexibility to work extra hours for holiday or sickness cover.
- Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for overseas applicants.

- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or above is ideal but not essential – we’re happy to support your growth!
