Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering professional advice on beauty products and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with current and effective treatments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not mandatory.
