4-star hotel in the heart of Leicester requires an Commis Chef to join their team. The rate of pay is dependent upon previous experience and negotiable.
The ideal candidate must have experience, and be able to demonstrate productivity through their approach to prep and ensuring their section is ready for next service.
Food service is a mixture Restaurant, Bar, Events, Weddings, Meetings, Breakfast and Afternoon Tea.
This role requires:
* Ability to follow all food safety, H&S and hygiene standards
* The ability to deliver the very highest presentation quality with a full fresh food menu
* Must work well with the team
* Positive attitude, calm approach and takes pride in their work
