Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
- Offer grooming advice and recommend suitable styles based on face shape, hair type, and personal style
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise customer flow
- Stay updated with the latest trends in men's grooming and barbering techniques
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
Skills
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques specific to men's grooming
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
