Kingstown Associates is a large Mail Order Company based on Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate in Driffield, East Yorkshire. Our main brands are Healthy Living Direct and Fashion Friendly.
We are currently looking for Contact Centre Agents to take inbound Sales Calls and perform processing and admin duties.
This job is initially temporary, however after a satisfactory 3 month probation, we are looking to offer permanent roles.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week over 7 days (5 x 7.5hrs). Shifts can range between 8am and 8pm, (8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 & 12-8) Monday to Friday and 8-5pm Saturday or 9-5pm Sunday.
Typical weekly shifts as follows:
Mon 8-4, Tues 10-6, Wed Day Off, Thur 11-8, Fri 9-5, Sat 8-4 and Sun Day Off
The successful candidates will be responsible for taking Inbound Calls, offering upsells (excellent commission paid), processing orders and dealing with refunds other admin duties.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Good I.T Skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills - ability to solve problems on a first call basis.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors or mistakes.
- Achieving call and upsell targets (excellent commission paid)
- Ensuring all Orders and Queries are answered and dealt with, in a correct manner.
- Adhering to Company procedures.

Additional hours may be required from time to time (enhanced overtime paid), especially in our peak period up to Christmas, to help us fulfil orders.
