Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices using specialized tools and techniques
- Repair or replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry
- Utilize hand tools effectively to disassemble and reassemble devices with precision
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex electronic problems accurately
- Perform routine maintenance on devices to optimize performance and extend lifespan
- Conduct computer hardware repairs related to mobile device components, including connectors and circuit boards
- Maintain detailed repair logs, update customer records, and ensure quality control standards are met
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge of electronic devices and their internal components
- Proficiency with hand tools used in electronics repair such as screwdrivers, prying tools, and soldering equipment
- Experience with computer hardware repair, including troubleshooting computer networking issues related to mobile devices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and repair guides effectively
- Knowledge of computer repair techniques applicable to mobile devices and related peripherals
- Prior experience in equipment repair or maintenance within a technical environment is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
