We’re Hiring: Front of House All-Rounder at Suzette!

Role: All-Rounder Server (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Are you a "people person" with a high-energy approach to hospitality? Suzette, South Kensington’s favourite authentic French crêperie, is looking for a versatile and friendly All-Rounder Server to join our tight-knit team.
Located on the charming Bute Street, we pride ourselves on our delicious galettes, sweet crêpes, and specialty coffee. We need someone who can wear many hats, stay calm under pressure, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
The Role
As an All-Rounder, your day will be varied and fast-paced. You aren’t just a waiter; you are a key part of the entire guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting & Service: Greeting guests with a warm welcome, managing the floor, taking orders, and serving our signature crêpes.
- Drink Preparation: Assisting with beverages and serving coffee (training provided!).
- Floor Maintenance: Clearing tables quickly, ensuring the dining area is spotless, and setting up for the next guest.
- Product Knowledge: Confidently explaining our menu, including daily specials and French cider pairings.
- Team Support: Pitching in wherever needed—whether it’s helping the kitchen window or handling a quick takeaway order.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Coffee Skills: Barista experience is a plus, but not essential—we are happy to train someone with the right attitude!
- Attitude: A "can-do" mindset. You see what needs to be done and you do it without being asked.
- Communication: Excellent English and a professional, friendly manner.
- Punctuality: Reliable, organised, and ready to work in the heart of South Ken.
- Flexibility: Available to work shifts across the week, including weekends.
